1.About these terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply to every booking with Barbara Cleaning. So please read them before you confirm a service.

2.Booking confirmation and quotes

Barbara Cleaning confirms a booking after the client provides the required details, such as contact information, service type, address, preferred date and any important property notes. For this reason, the client should complete the quote or booking form before confirmation, so that Barbara Cleaning understands the property, the location and the estimated cleaning time.

3.Estimates, working hours and extra time

Time estimates are based on the information provided before the booking. However, the real time may change depending on the size, condition and level of dirt in the property.

Barbara Cleaning works by hours. So when more than one cleaner attends, we calculate the total working time per cleaner.

2 cleaners×4 hours each=8 working hours

If the job needs more time, the team may request approval before continuing. As a result, extra time can change the final price.

4.Payment

Payment is due once the cleaning service is completed, unless another arrangement has been confirmed in writing before the booking.

5.Access, utilities and safety

The client must provide safe and clear access at the agreed time. If access is not possible, waiting time, rescheduling or cancellation issues may apply. In addition, the property must have electricity, running water and safe working conditions. Also, the team may refuse unsafe tasks or unsafe areas.

6.Personal belongings and carpets

Clients are responsible for securing valuables, fragile items, money, documents and personal belongings before the cleaning starts. Also, carpet cleaning results may vary depending on the age of the carpet, fabric, stains, previous damage and general condition.

7.Cancellations

If a client needs to cancel or reschedule, they should contact Barbara Cleaning as soon as possible, so that we can reorganise the team schedule.
