1.What this privacy policy covers

This privacy policy applies to our website, our quote and booking forms and the messages you send us. It also explains how we use that information when we prepare a quote or organise a cleaning.

2.Information we may collect

We may collect your name, phone number, email address and property address. In addition, we may collect your postcode, ZIP code or Eircode, the type of service, the property size, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms and your cleaning requirements. When you contact us, we also receive your messages and any photos you send.

3.How we use your information

We use your information to prepare a quote, contact you about your request and confirm bookings. We also use it to organise our cleaning team and provide the service. For example, the quote and booking forms help us understand the property before we confirm availability or the estimated hours.

4.Marketing and measurement

We may use website and advertising tools to understand quote requests and improve our campaigns. In addition, these tools help us measure how visitors use our website. Our Cookie Policy explains them in detail, and Google also explains how it uses information from sites that use its services.

5.Sharing information

We only share information when it is needed to provide the service, operate the website or process enquiries. We may also share it to comply with legal obligations or to work with trusted service providers.

6.Data retention and security

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for bookings, customer service, business records, legal requirements and service improvement. At the same time, we aim to protect it with reasonable technical and organisational measures that suit our business and website systems.

7.Your rights

Where applicable, you may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information. Depending on where you live, local data protection law may also give you other rights.

8.Questions about this privacy policy

When you have a question about this privacy policy, contact Barbara Cleaning at contact@barbaracleaning.com.

9.Updates to this privacy policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time, so that it reflects changes in our website, services, tools or legal requirements.

Your information helps us prepare the right service, especially when we plan a cleaning.
